I would like to wish all of the moms a Happy Mother’s Day no matter if your babies are grown, young, have fur, scales or feathers.

I hope you had a wonderful day.

I’m posting this now because I was having technical problems at the time, but I wanted to share the details with you.

Happy Mother’s Day Card using the dies from the Boutique Blossoms Dies (167653)

Barely Blush Cardstock {CS} (167689)
Crisp Cantaloupe {CS} (167693)
Peaceful Pine Cardstock {CS} (167691)

Paper Trimmer (152392)

Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (149653) OR Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (150673)

Measurements:
· Barely Blush CS: 5 ½” x 8 ½“ (card base) & 2” x 5 ½“
· Crisp Cantaloupe: 2 ½“ x 5 ½“
· Peaceful Pine: 4 ½” x 5 ½“
· Basic White CS: 3 ¾“ x 5“ (inside card)

Instructions:

  1. Fold the Barely Blush CS in half. Crease using the Bone Folder.
  2. Using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine OR Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, cut the large Flower using the Crisp Cantaloupe CS, cut the smaller flower using Barely Blush CS and the leaves using Peaceful Pine CS
  3. Assemble the flower bouquet, by applying some Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of one of the large Crisp Cantaloupe flowers. Add Stampin’ Seal+ to the parts of the flowers and leaves and build the bouquet from the front to the back. Once it is complete, apply Stampin’ Seal+ to the back and adhere it to the Barely Blush card front.
  4. Use the pick from the Take Your Pick tool and gently lift up parts of the petals to give it more of the 3D look.
  5. Adhere a Barely Blush Butterfly to the main Crisp Cantaloupe flower using Take your Pick tool.
  6. Ink up the “Wishing you a day of relaxation, happiness and love” sentiment stamp from the Scalloped Blooms stamp set, using the Peaceful Pine Ink and stamp it onto the Basic White CS (inside verse). Adhere it to the inside card.
